Inner West Outreach Service (IWOS) Needle and Syringe Program

The Inner West Outreach Service (IWOS) is a day time mobile Needle and Syringe Program.

The IWOS team works from a car to deliver:

  • Clean Injecting Equipment
  • Condoms and Lube
  • Clean Injecting Equipment
  • Safer Using Information
  • Safer Sex Information
  • Blood Borne Virus Prevention Information including information about Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS
  • Education and Referrals
  • Needle and Syringe collection

IWOS hours of operation are Monday – Friday 10.00am until 5.00pm

IWOS operates in the suburbs of North Melbourne, Moonee Ponds, Kensington, Flemington and Ascot Vale.
